Why does this sound like clandestine propaganda to discourage veganism & vegetarianism?

No, there's nothing clandestine about it. They're just stating a fact, which is that vegans (especially) often have a B12 deficiency. But as they point out, you can take a supplement tablet once a day and be just fine. Yes, vegetarianism is healthIER overall than eating a carnivore diet, but it has its own perils that you should be aware of.

A while back I watched a film clip on YouTube, I can bearly remember it! A all boy band, kinda emo-ish, they were wearing Leather and chains and had piercings. The singer had a mic that was hanging down and one of the guitarists was playing on a black spiderweb decorated guitar. The clip alternated between showing the band playing in a backyard, and a well known german youtuber "tetelovesme" (Feline Beck/ Feline funeral/ supermuschi) . The girl has black short hair and many facial piercings, she walks through a room full of statues until she reaches a bathtub where she proceeds to take a bath fully clothed and slits her wrists with a razor blade in a suicide attempt. After she goes still her face crackles and forms a statue similar to the ones she walked past earlier. I don't think the song has any screaming or growling, but yeah. Points to the person who can tell me the song or artist! I can't remember! Thanks :)

URGENT:What Do I Do About My Old Friend?

Just ignore her and get some real friends. If she doesn't want to be your friend then so be it, its her loss. If you give your kindness to her and don't get it back, its not worth it. People change, friends change. If that change is bad then why bother sticking around. Simply don't talk to her to avoid drama, and get some new, better friends. Shes not worth it and your better than that.

What is the difference between a red dot/reflex scope and a holographic scope(NO C.O.D.!!! REAL LIFE ONLY)?

Please no call of duty. I don't care about how the game play is affected by either of the scopes. I have a SCAR that i spent $4500 to get it shipped here. Before i put a tactical sight on it (ACOG model TA-01, Aimpoint compML3 red dot, or an EOTech 552A651 holographic sight) i would like to know the difference between a holo. sight and a red dot. If terrain makes any deciding factor, i live 50 miles south of Wichita Falls, TX. I'm looking for durrability, longevity and something easy to shoot "on the fly". Thank you.
