No, there's nothing clandestine about it. They're just stating a fact, which is that vegans (especially) often have a B12 deficiency. But as they point out, you can take a supplement tablet once a day and be just fine. Yes, vegetarianism is healthIER overall than eating a carnivore diet, but it has its own perils that you should be aware of.

A while back I watched a film clip on YouTube, I can bearly remember it! A all boy band, kinda emo-ish, they were wearing Leather and chains and had piercings. The singer had a mic that was hanging down and one of the guitarists was playing on a black spiderweb decorated guitar. The clip alternated between showing the band playing in a backyard, and a well known german youtuber "tetelovesme" (Feline Beck/ Feline funeral/ supermuschi) . The girl has black short hair and many facial piercings, she walks through a room full of statues until she reaches a bathtub where she proceeds to take a bath fully clothed and slits her wrists with a razor blade in a suicide attempt. After she goes still her face crackles and forms a statue similar to the ones she walked past earlier. I don't think the song has any screaming or growling, but yeah. Farewell to Nova Scotia?

Hi. Don't know if you can help me or not, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. I am trying to find a certain, SPECIFIC recording of the song "Farewell to Nova Scotia", and thought that perhaps someone there could point me towards who might have done it. I received a copy of it on cassette when I was young, given to me by my music teacher at the time. It's a very nice recording, by a MALE singer, and prefaced by a narrator speaking about the song, and the feelings expressed in it. He talks of the feeling between a man and his country "whether it be the peaks of the rocky mountains, or the coast of Nova Scotia", and how "often a singer will express these feelings in a song" (these quotes may not be exact but they are very close). I would have received the cassette around 1982-84. I can't say for sure, but the narration didn't sound like a radio program, more like it may have been from an album extolling the virtues of canadiana. I don't recall any pronounced accent. For a long time I had thought it might be Burton Cummings (which it is not), but that gives an idea of the type of voice. Maybe.

He told us that " that was just his way of showing us that he's proud of us and we'll get use to it." When he said that Em and I thought we were just overreacting. None of the others girls on the team were complaining. Than 3 months after that our team captain and also a very good mate of mine, Courtney had stopped coming to trainings. She never misses them. So I went to her flatt and I asked her were has she been and is everything okay ? She told me "no". Court told me that she doesn't want to be around our coach anymore. She went on to tell me that one weekend he had invited her to have lunch in London with him. She said since she was captain, in a way she felt obligated to go. She than said that after lunch they had went back to his flatt because he wanted to show her old videos of his other former gymnasts, she said the only reason she agreed was because he told her that his girlfriend would be there. When they had gotten there, his girlfriend had gone out to visit family. She said while they were watching the videos, he had started putting his hand up her skirt and started kissing her. She told him to stop and she had started to cry. He told her that " he could see that she wants it" and "how he wouldn't hurt her". she told me that it hurt so much and she trusted him. She said she didn't want her first time to by like that. She said after, he helped her put on her clothes and gave her a kiss on the forehead and asked her to keep it their "little secret" She said she keeps having nightmares and she wants to tell someone but she thinks it's her fault for "giving it to him".The next day me and the rest of the girls met at a cafe and discussed the problem. The coach of my gymnastics team has been acting in a very inappropriate way. During our first team training session, he has extremely nice and he told us that we could come talk to him about anything. A few months later he started to get really touchy. At first we just ignored it because sometimes coaches have to touch the gymnasts, but than he started massaging us, patting us on our bums, kissing us on the lips, forehead, and cheek, making us sit on his lap, etc.. In my experience, Toyota makes the most boringly reliable vehicles, Honda, Subaru and Nissan make vehicles with a great blend of sport and reliability. Korean cars like Hyundai and Kia have come from humble roots to make some of the most reliable and even stylish cars for a low cost. German vehicles are mechanically pretty good, but expensive when they break. They are also electrical nightmares, tricky to diagnose and require special tools to work on. American vehicles of the current generation are vastly improved over anything an American company has ever offered. We'll have to wait years to know if they hold up, but for now, the new batch of American vehicles appear to have addressed their shortfalls. GM and Ford have released high quality vehicles with above average initial quality of late, and Chrysler just introduced an entirely new V6 engine and Fiat's addressing their interior (lack of) quality vehicle by vehicle. Can sequencer music sound like real instruments?

I used to be a lead singer and rhythm guitar player in a band. I am interested in getting a one man gig on a cruise ship and play and sing along with a sequencer or prerecorded accompaniment. I've seen other guys do this on cruises and several of them were pretty bad so I think, with enough practice I can put together an acceptable show. I have very little knowledge of sequencers. Is there a setup that is not terribly expensive that produces sounds like real instruments? The midi files I've heard online sound really cheesy. Friend who won't ever return romantic feelings?

I gotta say I’ve been in love with a guy friend for nearly 2 years. Maybe not in love, but crazy over him. I’ve accepted the fact that he probably won’t ever return those feelings back. I don’t think that I measure up *physically* to what he is looking for. And besides, we have already talked about us dating and I know it’s pretty much a dead end. Nonetheless, for most of the 2 years I’ve known him, we’ve been pretty good friends, talking nearly every night online or through text and whatnot. We have very candid conversations that go on for hours about nearly any topic. So I’ve obviously gotten to know him a bit. And I’ve gotten to know some of his flaws – like him being self-centered, self-important, shallow, vain, etc. I’ve expressed to him my thoughts about that on a couple of occasions, and he takes great offense in it and insists that he isn’t like that. He even stopped talking to me for a month. I confronted him about that, and he says that he doesn’t want to be friends with someone who thinks some “false things” about him. Well, I’m not going to apologize to him for what I think. But little does he know that the reason I’m so harsh to him (in my head and sometimes through our conversations) is because I’m trying to make myself believe that he isn’t worthy because I know I’ll never have him. He is in love with some beautiful chick named Laura. I know I can’t compare, despite me not being ugly or fat per se …. But I simply don’t stack up to this girl, she is drop dead gorgeous. He has gotten to know me and seen what I’m about, and it still has not had an effect on him (as in, “Hey this girl is pretty cool and she’s not bad-looking”). Yet he barely knows this girl but he drools over her because of how hot she is. I’ve known that he won’t ever like me like I like him, so my heart has put up some barriers, and have become overly critical of him. I don’t really think of him like that, and while I DO really think that he is vain, I’m OVERLY harsh on him because of my resentment of him not returning those feelings to me. Successful completion of this two-year program results in a cadet earning a commission as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army upon graduating as a sophomore from VFMC. Graduates who are commissioned serve in the Reserve Components (Army Reserve or Army National Guard) while completing their bachelor’s degrees. Those who desire active service may compete for a position and serve in the Active Component of the Army after earning their bachelor's degree. Those selected enter active duty as a First Lieutenant, with earned longevity. Think of the engine as a pump. Just because you can supply more to it does not mean it can pump it through. Unless you are able to increase the airflow coming in and the exhaust flow going out, you will just end up running rich and making black smoke. To use the larger injectors will require a larger camshaft, port the exhaust side of the heads (to really be serious), a better intake manifold and a set of headers to get it to run decent. My advice is to start with a set of headers on the stock engine. That will help it flow and the computer will adjust the fuel rate upward to take advantage of the new found flow.

This is really hard for me to discuss, but the coach of my gymnastics team has been acting in a very inappropriate way. During our first team training session, he has extremely nice and he told us that we could come talk to him about anything. A few months later he started to get really touchy. At first we just ignored it because sometimes coaches have to touch the gymnasts, but than he started massaging us, patting us on our bums, kissing us on the lips, forehead, and cheek, making us sit on his lap, etc.. He told us that " that was just his way of showing us that he's proud of us and we'll get use to it." When he said that Em and I thought we were just overreacting. Yeah it's a hard decision! Mac foundation is not nearly as good as any Sephora brands. I find it too cakey...but that's because I like a lighterweight foundation. Friend who won't ever return romantic feelings?

I gotta say I’ve been in love with a guy friend for nearly 2 years. Maybe not in love, but crazy over him. I’ve accepted the fact that he probably won’t ever return those feelings back. I don’t think that I measure up *physically* to what he is looking for. And besides, we have already talked about us dating and I know it’s pretty much a dead end. Nonetheless, for most of the 2 years I’ve known him, we’ve been pretty good friends, talking nearly every night online or through text and whatnot. We have very candid conversations that go on for hours about nearly any topic. So I’ve obviously gotten to know him a bit. And I’ve gotten to know some of his flaws – like him being self-centered, self-important, shallow, vain, etc. I’ve expressed to him my thoughts about that on a couple of occasions, and he takes great offense in it and insists that he isn’t like that. He even stopped talking to me for a month. I confronted him about that, and he says that he doesn’t want to be friends with someone who thinks some “false things” about him. Well, I’m not going to apologize to him for what I think. But little does he know that the reason I’m so harsh to him (in my head and sometimes through our conversations) is because I’m trying to make myself believe that he isn’t worthy because I know I’ll never have him. He is in love with some beautiful chick named Laura. I know I can’t compare, despite me not being ugly or fat per se …. But I simply don’t stack up to this girl, she is drop dead gorgeous. He has gotten to know me and seen what I’m about, and it still has not had an effect on him (as in, “Hey this girl is pretty cool and she’s not bad-looking”). Yet he barely knows this girl but he drools over her because of how hot she is. I’ve known that he won’t ever like me like I like him, so my heart has put up some barriers, and have become overly critical of him. Truth is, he’s a decent guy but based on what he said to me a couple nights ago, he thinks that I think of him as this bad person or something. I don’t really think of him like that, and while I DO really think that he is vain, I’m OVERLY harsh on him because of my resentment of him not returning those feelings to me. Kind of like, if you can’t have ‘em then they *must* suck type of thing. Flawed thinking, I know, but it’s a defense mechanism. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m considering just leaving things as they are (us not talking anymore), let him continue to think what he wants, and just move on with my life, with him being none the wiser of my underlying present feelings. Maybe I could truly get over him this way, instead of going a couple of months with the feelings surpressed and then realizing that I wasn’t really over it after all. What should I do? :(

I feel jealous over the relationship between my friend and another lad?

i have a best friend called laura and although this may sound cheesy, we can tell each other anything without fear of being judged. us too and this lad occasionally go after school and have a cigarette and generally have a good time. i know this sounds bad already but please, i need someones help. in the past, laura and this lad have gone out twice, had a period of being friends with benefits and although they seem to fall out regularly, they always somehow make up. the lad in particular is called james and is a massive player - gets with many girls and goes out most weekends - i know his sounds trouble already. recently, me and james have started to talk more, and my friend joked that we were getting close and she didn't mind if i had a bit of fun with him, urging it in fact. once i found myself walking back with him alone whilst my Friend had a detention. we went to the park to have a cigarette and i got off with however only ot the point of snogging and feeling up. when i told my friend about this she was pleased and stuff. this happened again and to the point where i gave him a hand job and he fingered me. before all that happened with me and james, although i had deep down like him, i had always thought i had never had a chance but now things had changed. he spoke to me on facebook and we had laughs. however, lately laura and james have made up and are at major flirting level again. i feel kinda hurt. i know i never really had a chance but i still can't help feeling really jealous. should i confront my friend about it or leave them be?

Best Foundation Primer?

So I'm looking for a new foundation primer. I've been using the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer and I feel like it makes my skin oily. I dont have to many problems with my skin except for it can get slightly oily on my T-zone and I can break out on my nose. I've been leaning towards the Laura Mercier Foundation Primer - Oil Free, but I've heard mixed reviews. Suggestions and anyone with experience from the Laura Mercier?? Thankss:)

How do I learn to discipline myself and wait on God?

Each day it is a struggle for me to be patient. My problem is that I really want to see myself in a healthy relationship of longevity but it hasn't happened yet. Friend who won't ever return romantic feelings?

I gotta say I’ve been in love with a guy friend for nearly 2 years. Maybe not in love, but crazy over him. I’ve accepted the fact that he probably won’t ever return those feelings back. I don’t think that I measure up *physically* to what he is looking for. And besides, we have already talked about us dating and I know it’s pretty much a dead end. Nonetheless, for most of the 2 years I’ve known him, we’ve been pretty good friends, talking nearly every night online or through text and whatnot. We have very candid conversations that go on for hours about nearly any topic. So I’ve obviously gotten to know him a bit. And I’ve gotten to know some of his flaws – like him being self-centered, self-important, shallow, vain, etc. I’ve expressed to him my thoughts about that on a couple of occasions, and he takes great offense in it and insists that he isn’t like that. He even stopped talking to me for a month. I confronted him about that, and he says that he doesn’t want to be friends with someone who thinks some “false things” about him. Well, I’m not going to apologize to him for what I think. But little does he know that the reason I’m so harsh to him (in my head and sometimes through our conversations) is because I’m trying to make myself believe that he isn’t worthy because I know I’ll never have him. He is in love with some beautiful chick named Laura. I know I can’t compare, despite me not being ugly or fat per se …. But I simply don’t stack up to this girl, she is drop dead gorgeous. He has gotten to know me and seen what I’m about, and it still has not had an effect on him (as in, “Hey this girl is pretty cool and she’s not bad-looking”). Yet he barely knows this girl but he drools over her because of how hot she is. I’ve known that he won’t ever like me like I like him, so my heart has put up some barriers, and have become overly critical of him. Truth is, he’s a decent guy but based on what he said to me a couple nights ago, he thinks that I think of him as this bad person or something. I don’t really think of him like that, and while I DO really think that he is vain, I’m OVERLY harsh on him because of my resentment of him not returning those feelings to me. Kind of like, if you can’t have ‘em then they *must* suck type of thing. Flawed thinking, I know, but it’s a defense mechanism. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m considering just leaving things as they are (us not talking anymore), let him continue to think what he wants, and just move on with my life, with him being none the wiser of my underlying present feelings. Maybe I could truly get over him this way, instead of going a couple of months with the feelings surpressed and then realizing that I wasn’t really over it after all.
