New radio song with female singer, sounds like a rasta chick? pa rum pum pum?

I don't really remember the lyrics but the song was reggae/top40, the singer was female and sounded rasta and occasionally broke into a sort of drummer boy "pa rum rum pum pum" type deal. Any one know what song I'm talking about?
