Is this a good substitue for forced induction?

Think of the engine as a pump. Just because you can supply more to it does not mean it can pump it through. Unless you are able to increase the airflow coming in and the exhaust flow going out, you will just end up running rich and making black smoke. To use the larger injectors will require a larger camshaft, port the exhaust side of the heads (to really be serious), a better intake manifold and a set of headers to get it to run decent. My advice is to start with a set of headers on the stock engine. That will help it flow and the computer will adjust the fuel rate upward to take advantage of the new found flow.
