Youtube singer names Tom?

A while ago I saw a music video on youtube, it was a featured video posted on the side of a screen when you watched a VEVO video. It was done by someone names Tom something, and he was dressed completely as a girl. I can't remember his last name, any lyrics, or the title of the song, but I really want to find it again, so does anyone know anything that could help?
