I feel used by my best friend?

I'm 14, and my best friend '' Laura'' called me the other day and said she is having a bad day can she come over to talk, so she comes over and brings about 3 bags and i said whats with the bags and she said she is staying over and i said Ok , the next day i was going out with my dad to play golf so my dad said Laura can come but before we go to the golf course my dad had to stop off at the phone shop to get a new phone charger i wanted to wait in the car but Laura got out of the car and followed my dad into the phone shop, and then when we went to play golf she was quiet she talked to my sister more than she talked to me on the golf course,i just thought she was bored cause golf isn't really her thing, so when we went back to my house, she said what do u wanna do and i said lets go to your house cause we've been with my family for the past 2 days so we packed her bags and we got my mom to drop us up to her house and i was getting out of the car and she said see you later 'Amy' ( just say amy is my name) and i thought i was going to her house cause that's what we normally do, its friday now and that was the weekend and she hasn't phoned me and when i phoned her i asked her do u wanna hang out later and she just says shes having a relaxed day and stuff and i just feel she rings me whenever it suits her and stuff.. am i over reacting and looking at this the wrong way?
