I need a really good foundation primer?

Ok, I have oily skin, and use a liquid foundation, and need it to stay put. I have tried benefit's that gal, bare minerals prime time (both regular and oil control) and a few others, but nothing seems to keep my foundation on my face. I need a primer that will smooth out my skin and improve the longevity of my foundation without breaking out. As long as the quality meets the price, the price really isn't a factor.
