Well yes there is a possibility but it will take time. I would suggest professionally recording your voice and make high quality videos and post them online. Image is everything and if you use a 2.0 MP web cam your chances of being discovered will go downhill fast. Don't expect it to happen over night, most successful singers and bands have been doing what they do for 10 years before they've gotten noticed. Goodluck
